The Tampa airport is 1 hour away, Sarasota/Bradenton airport is 30 minutes away, and the Orlando theme parks are just 1-1/2 hours away.

This modern duplex home has been decorated with granite countertops, imported ceramic tile throughout, Hunter ceiling fans, high speed wireless internet, and a designer's touch.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, bathroom, and cable TV/DVD player, with the 3rd floor master having a view of the gulf waters.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV.  The third bedroom has a twin bed, and a twin over full bunk bed, as well as cable TV.   All three rooms have large closets.  Full-sized washer and dryer for each level.  Each floor has a large balcony with a gorgeous gulfview!

Whether you want to go parasailing, land the biggest fish at a local pier or by charter boat, shop till you drop at a nearby outlet mall or tony St. Armand's Circle, test your kayaking skills in the Gulf of Mexico, or just relax, kick back, and take it easy, this beautiful property provides you with all the comforts of home. 

Soak up some sun at home or walk just across the street  (public beach access is just a half block away) to a pristine sandy beach and sink your toes in the white soft sand.   You can take the wonderful trolley from a nearby stop and tour the island for free!

After a day at the beach, you can relax on your large shaded balcony, have a barbecue in the yard or go to a fabulous local restaurant, no fast food on the island!
